There is even a mention of Input the drives 12 digit Toshiba S/N, NO SPACES. The serial number on that graphic has an extra three characters.

If the PC came with Windows 8.1 then the Product Key is embedded in the BIOS or UEFI chip on the motherboard. If no Windows 7 you could try the Windows 8 ones to see if they work.
